The Multi-Family Home Energy Savings Program is being run in partnership with ComEd to provide free, no-obligation installation of energy saving products in residential units with multi-family buildings of 8 units or more. Products include water-saving massage shower heads, high efficiency aerators for kitchen and bathroom faucets, and up to six compact fluorescent light bulbs (CFLs) per residential unit. The installing contractor will work with participants to recommend other energy-saving measures in building common areas and verify eligibility for additional incentives. Tenants should contact their property managers if interested in this program.
